About These Terms

These terms apply to your use of this website and to treatments booked with A&A Medical Aesthetics. By booking an appointment you agree to them.

Appointments & Booking

• Appointment requests made online are confirmed by our team; a requested slot is not guaranteed until confirmed.
• Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened or rescheduled appointment.
• You must be 18 or over to receive treatment.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• We ask for at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Where a deposit has been taken, late cancellations or missed appointments may result in the deposit being retained.
• We will always try to accommodate genuine emergencies.

Consultation & Suitability

All treatments are subject to a medical consultation and suitability assessment. We reserve the right to decline or postpone treatment where it would not be clinically appropriate or safe. This is always in your best interest.

Results & Expectations

Aesthetic treatments are medical procedures and individual results vary. No specific outcome can be guaranteed. Expected results, risks and alternatives will be discussed fully with you before you consent to treatment.

Payment

Prices shown on this website are indicative starting prices and are confirmed at consultation. Payment is due at the time of treatment unless agreed otherwise in writing.
